Jason Wahler’s ex-girlfriend Kristen DeLuca has been left to pay three grand to a tow truck driver who was assaulted by Whaler. Jason Wahler assaulted the driver, Dario Stevenson, back in 2006. An unidentified tow truck driver, Stevenson, and a traffic officer were impounding a vehicle when Whaler approached the trio. He exchanged some words and macho gestures, then proceeded to assault Stevenson and the traffic officer.

In the settlement, DeLuca dissolved her countersuit against Stevenson, who she alleges assulated her as she was protecting herself, and get this, Whaler.

Whaler has yet to settle. Both him and his ex are still facing a lawsuit from the traffic officer involved in the incident, Johnathan Wallace. He claims he was verbally harassed and assaulted during the 2006 incident. Wallace claims he was assisting an unidentified driver in impounding a car when Whaler and his ex approached in another vehicle, nearly striking both Wallace and the truck. Whaler got out of the vehicle and began stirring trouble for both the driver and Wallace. When Stevenson arrived for help, both him and Wallace were assaulted by Whaler.

We hope that both Wallace and Stevenson pursue Whaler in court wherever possible. He is a talentless schmuck and a real drain on society. We’ll have to wait and see how this whole situation pans out in the end.
